Driven by disciplined execution, innovative structuring, and an unwavering commitment to client outcomes, BMGP established a transaction pipeline and portfolio exceeding ₹ 1,000 cr ($104.7 million USD) within its first nine months. During this period, the firm built trusted relationships with corporates, financial institutions, private credit funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), family offices, institutional investors, and government entities, creating an integrated capital ecosystem capable of delivering bespoke financing solutions across sectors.
Today, BMGP operates as an independent investment banking and capital solutions platform, advising businesses, investors, and institutions on complex capital transactions across private credit, equity capital, structured finance, fixed income, mergers & acquisitions, special situations, and strategic advisory. Aman Rawat is the Founder and Managing Partner of Big Money Global Partners (BMGP), an independent investment banking and capital solutions firm specializing in private credit, equity capital, structured finance, fixed income, and complex capital transactions.
In 2025, he founded BMGP with the vision of building an intelligence-driven institution focused on connecting businesses with capital through disciplined execution, innovative structuring, and strategic financial solutions. Under his leadership, the firm established a transaction pipeline and portfolio exceeding ₹1,000 crore (US$104.7 million) within its first year.
Aman has led the development of BMGP’s proprietary Intelligence Framework, integrating financial, industry, market, competitive, and macroeconomic analysis into a unified decision-making platform that supports the firm’s investment banking and capital strategies.
